Good Samaritan Struck & Killed in Hit-and-Run

ABC11.com reports that a Marine who stopped to help a disabled vehicle on U.S. 15 in Thurmont on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, was killed after he was struck by a truck that then left the scene.  Police are seeking assistance from anyone with information about the hit and run accident or the vehicle or its driver.  The truck has been described as a heavy-duty pickup hauling a trailer.
