While climbing the bleachers to watch a high school basketball game, our client fell when the bleachers shifted. The movement of the bleachers resulted in our client falling through them. He sustained a soft tissue injury to his right lower leg. Our client’s medical bills totaled $2,300 and his potential future medical bills were estimated at about $12,000. On June 4, 2004, we were able to obtain a $250,000 judgement for our client.
