Our client was a guest passenger in vehicle where driver pulled out in front of another vehicle at a stop sign intersection and was t-boned. Plaintiff suffered a spleen injury, subdural hematoma, fracture of the right temporal bone, fracture of the 1st & 2nd right ribs, right middle ear effusion, and a hemotympanum on the right.
