$750,000 Settlement – Tractor-Trailer Accident

The client was a passenger in a vehicle side-swiped by a tractor-trailer, destroying the family’s pickup truck.  The client required significant treatment and re-aggravated a pre-exising back condition, forcing him to retire early as he could no longer perform his job. We filed suit to give him time to finish treatment and to pressure the insurance carrier for the trucking company to fairly compensate the client.  The matter settled at mediation for $750,000.
