Guess Whose Team Is One of the Top Fundraisers for Walk to End Alzheimer’s? Riddle & Brantley!
The personal injury attorneys and staff at Riddle & Brantley have formed a team to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event taking place in Johnston County on November 5. As of this writing, our team is the number two fundraiser in the area at $1,901.72, which is less than $10 behind the top fundraiser’s total of $1,910.48. The purpose of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s is to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s support, research and treatment.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s was originally scheduled to take place on October 8, but due to Hurricane Matthew, the event had to be rescheduled for November 5. It will take place at Barbour’s Grove Park in Four Oaks, North Carolina.
Currently, you can register online to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. You can register to participate in the walk or as a volunteer to help make sure the event goes off without a hitch. In addition, race day registration will be available for those who want to participate in the event at Barbour’s Grove Park starting at 10 am. There will be a ceremony held prior to the race at 11 am, before the walk kicks off at 11:30 am. The route for the walk is 1.5 miles long.

In addition to Walk to End Alzheimer’s, there are several other charitable and service organizations dedicated to fighting to end Alzheimer’s, including the Alzheimer’s Association and Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
