How I help our clients: I begin the process of their cases by requesting recs/bills & making sure the claims are set up w/the insurance carriers. I stay in touch w/our client through the time they treat into negotiations & ultimately settlement. I help the client in every way possible.

Background: I started out as an independent agent for 8 years then I worked at an Insurance Co in customer service department for 10 years, answering calls, taking payments, reinstating policies, making changes to policies, and became a Team Leader in customer service, later I transferred to the claims department where I was a Team Leader & I helped taking claims, assigning claims, I worked there for 12 years then came to Riddle & Brantley where I am a case manager.

Why I like working at Riddle & Brantley: Working here is like working w/family. We have fun but we get our work done. There is someone always willing to go the extra mile to help when needed.

What I like to do in my free time: I like camping & outdoor activities, spending time w/family & friends & volunteer at church.
