On Serving Clients: “Applying for disability can be a lengthy process. For many clients, it can seem like forever, but once I am finally able to give them the good news of their favorable decision, it’s always a huge relief. I love hearing them laugh or cry tears of joy. Knowing that they can finally have this security in their life, and that they and their families can have some form of relief is a huge reward for me … I enjoy connecting with our clients and giving them the emotional and legal support they need.”
“I love that my job allows me to help those who need it most and that the quality service we provide will have a lasting impact.”
