Sexual assault can destroy livesOn a daily or weekly basis it seems like more and more victims are stepping forward to file a fallopian tube or ovarian cancer claim against Johnson & Johnson. These claims have to do with women who developed ovarian and fallopian tube cancer after using Johnson & Johnson talcum powder and baby powder products.

In early February, a group of 14 people from 12 states filed an ovarian cancer claim against Johnson & Johnson in Kansas City, Missouri. The plaintiffs in the suit allege that for decades Johnson & Johnson has marketed its Shower-to-Shower and Baby Powder products as safe to use when the company knew that the product was harmful.

  • The cancer diagnosis must be for fallopian tube or ovarian cancer, not cervical or uterine cancer
  • The cancer must have been diagnosed by the time the victim turns 65
  • If the victim passes away and her family pursues a claim, ovarian cancer must be listed on the death certificate as the cause of death
