If you look at the statistics for people who file for Social Security disability. Over the last 15 years, or so the statistics have gone down. As far as how many people are awarded benefits and versus people who apply for benefits. The judges are getting tougher. The system is getting tougher. It’s extremely difficult, especially for a younger individual, to get approved for Social Security disability benefits. And having an attorney increases your odds. I have a team of people I work with in the Raleigh office, where we do the disability work. You will talk to one of my paralegals and case managers to gather the information we need. We will then look at your case. Determine whether we think you have a good case to proceed with. And we will gather the information including most notably your medical records. Provide that to the Social Security Administration. And try to get you on track for a hearing as soon as possible. They can do it themselves. They’re statistically less likely to be approved if they do not hire an attorney. They need help in gathering the right medical records. And getting them properly submitted to the Social Security Administration. And they need help navigating the system. Because, right now the wait time to get to a hearing is approaching two years and getting worse. And the fewer missed steps you have along the way, the shorter your wait time to get in front of a judge is going to be. Please give us a call or send us an email. We’re here, we’re ready to help. Justice counts.
