If you look at the statistics for people who file for Social Security disability. Over the last 15 years, or so the statistics have gone down. As far as how many people are awarded benefits and versus people who apply for benefits. The judges are getting tougher. The system is getting tougher. It’s extremely difficult, especially for a younger individual, to get approved for Social Security disability benefits. And having an attorney increases your odds.
