What Our Employees Say
I have worked for Riddle & Riddle since August 2022 and I have learned so much, but the biggest thing that stands out about the business is how much they care about their employees. They go above and beyond for their employees. I’m thankful for my job and the opportunity to learn new things every day.
Working at Riddle and Riddle is different every day. There is a collaborative environment, and everyone has respect for each individual’s area of expertise. Management, in particular, are supportive of the choices I make to move each client’s case to completion. In return I want to do the best I can for them, and support them, and our clients.
We see many of our clients during one of the worst moments in their lives. The stress of an accident and resulting injury can be overwhelming. When I can take a bit of that stress and worry away from my client, it makes my job even more rewarding.
