Molly M. Schertzinger is a North Carolina personal injury attorney who also serves as Vice President and Director of Operations at Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers. She has been with the firm since 2011.
Working out of both our Goldsboro and Jacksonville offices, Molly focuses her practice on personal injury claims involving auto accidents as well as premises liability matters, including dog bites and slip and fall accidents.

Education and Professional Experience
Molly was born and raised on her parents’ horse farm in Kinston, North Carolina. Growing up, she developed a love for animals as well as a desire to help people. This led to her career in law. She graduated from North Lenoir High School in LaGrange, and then received her Bachelor of the Arts from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She then traveled abroad to attend Bond University in Queensland, Australia where she received a Master’s Degree in International Relations. After returning to the U.S, Molly attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned her law degree in 2010.
Molly believes in going above and beyond to assist people in navigating insurance claims and personal injury lawsuits. According to Molly, this requires a caring attitude and also an ambition to uncover every possible avenue of help for each client.
