I’m Molly Sherzinger. I am an attorney here at Riddle and Riddle. I’m also the vice president, and I handle our operations.
I came to Riddle and Riddle because I actually knew Gene Riddle and his family many, many years ago, even before law school. I knew how wonderful his family was, and I loved him to death, and I couldn’t imagine working for better people.
I was inspired to become an attorney when I was living in Australia. I was studying international diplomacy and international relations, and I discovered that that wasn’t really the course I wanted to go down. So I came home and applied to law schools and eventually came back to North Carolina and took the bar. So here I am.
I love being able to get justice for our clients. A lot of times, clients have been to another attorney’s office or the insurance company has denied their claim, and I love being able to come in and say, “Hey, look, you know, you’re doing wrong by this person, and we need to help.”
I look at the overall picture. When a client comes in, I want to ask all the right questions. I want to look at all the evidence. I want to look at everything, all the things that they’re missing out on, how their life has changed. I want to look at everything that I can to try to get that client every dime they’re entitled to.

Education and Professional Experience
Molly was born and raised on her parents’ horse farm in Kinston, North Carolina. Growing up, she developed a love for animals as well as a desire to help people. This led to her career in law. She graduated from North Lenoir High School in LaGrange, and then received her Bachelor of the Arts from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She then traveled abroad to attend Bond University in Queensland, Australia where she received a Master’s Degree in International Relations. After returning to the U.S, Molly attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned her law degree in 2010.
Molly believes in going above and beyond to assist people in navigating insurance claims and personal injury lawsuits. According to Molly, this requires a caring attitude and also an ambition to uncover every possible avenue of help for each client.
