“I was involved in a car accident in October 2019. I was hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of my car like a sandwich. I had my seatbelt on so my neck was whipped back and forth and I ended up with bulging disks and a pinched nerve on the left side. It didn’t hurt that much at first because my neck was numb but a couple of hours later it did. I tried for a year to get it back in place without surgery but that was the only way it could be repaired. During this time, i kept my attorney up to date on my status. After surgery and my release from the neurologist, Angie Herring at Gene Riddle’s office was my paralegal and that’s when she took the wheel. From day one, she was very attentive to what I had been through and explained the steps of getting to the settlement. I had never been involved in anything like this so I needed some guidance. Of course, I thought it should go faster but there’s a lot of work and paperwork collecting that has to happen before the negotiations can even begin. I could send her a bill I received and she would be right on it doing her best to keep me from having any more stress. She was great! Once everything was collected and the final figures were confirmed, she worked her magic just like she said she would. I’m very happy with my settlement and I’m happy it’s all over.
