“I have always been a self sufficient, do everything for myself kind of person. I would always sit in front of the TV and see the commercials about this law firm and that law firm and think that I would never be in a situation that I would need to be represented by a lawyer, until the accident that changed my life. My son and I were involved in a crash with an 18 wheeler that ran a red light. I was very blessed to be able to walk away from the accident but I was left with nerve damage in my back as a daily reminder. We were also very blessed to have two eye witnesses that gave a great account of what actually happened and it saved my son and I. The staff at Riddle & Riddle were so thorough that I became impatient at times. They left no stone unturned. Cindy Price and Sandra Collins did an amazing amount of leg work, phone work, and record keeping for our case that it truly made all of the difference in the final outcome in our case. Gene Riddle and Sean Cole were very impressive as we went in to mediation. They were able to get a settlement without going into the courtroom and I was very satisfied. I have since needed them for two additional cases, one of which has been settled and the other is still pending. “3 years ago I was involved in a head-on collision with a driver who did not have a license. Luckily, the truck he was driving was under a company insurance policy. I went to Riddle & Riddle for help and have just now reached a settlement. My lawyer was switched twice- The first two and their case managers were impossible to get in touch with (Brett & I can’t even remember the other). Pictures and information I sent to the previous lawyers were lost. I don’t think they are with the company anymore. The final attorney, Adam Helmer, worked harder on my case in a month than the others did in a couple years. I just wish I had him on my case from the beginning.
