Riddle & Riddle Welcomes Attorney Arden Riddle to the Team

Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that Arden Riddle has joined the firm as our newest attorney. Arden recently passed the North Carolina Bar Exam following her graduation from the University of North Carolina earlier this year. Her arrival marks a meaningful continuation of our firm’s long-standing dedication to serving injured individuals and families across North Carolina.

A Shared Family Commitment to Community Service

Arden is the daughter of managing partner Gene Riddle, who founded the firm in 1985, and the sister of partner Alex Riddle. Growing up around a legal practice focused on helping people navigate life after serious accidents gave Arden a firsthand look at what compassionate advocacy looks like. By joining her father and sister, Arden adds another layer of personal dedication to our legal team.

While the firm has expanded over four decades of service to the North Carolina community, recovering more than $900 million for clients across car accidents, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability cases, our core focus remains unchanged: providing accessible, straightforward legal support to people facing unexpected hardship.

Diverse Experience and Academic Excellence

Throughout her legal education at UNC, Arden built a strong foundation in complex research, regulatory compliance, and client advocacy:

  • 1L Summer Internship (Cypress Sports): Focused on sports law, researching institutional liability risks, student safety, and drafting risk-management policies for athletic departments.

  • 2L Summer Internship (Aston Martin): Supported the General Counsel with automotive regulatory compliance, franchise research, state lemon laws, and contract drafting.

  • UNC Immigration Clinic: Spent her final year of law school providing direct legal representation to clients navigating a range of immigration and humanitarian matters under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Grounded Support When You Need It Most

For anyone dealing with medical bills, missed work, or difficult insurance companies after an accident, having direct, clear guidance makes a significant difference. Arden joins a practice structured around making legal options simple to understand without confusing legalese or high-pressure tactics.

Whether investigating claim details, explaining legal rights under North Carolina law, or advocating directly with insurance adjusters, Arden and our entire team are here to help shoulder the legal burden so clients can focus on their recovery.

Message from Managing Partner Gene Riddle & Alex Riddle

Securing maximum compensation for our clients and supporting their families is our top priority. Practicing alongside my daughter Alex—a fellow UNC graduate and partner—has been an incredible blessing. Following in our UNC footsteps, I am thrilled that my youngest daughter, Arden, is now joining our team to continue that legacy.
