Job Description

Riddle & Brantley seeks a full-time Field Investigator. This role's primary responsibility will be to engage and sign potential new clients throughout North Carolina who have contacted our firm for representation. Secondary duties will include follow-up investigations of accidents. Meetings may take place at client's home, place of work, or another location of their choosing. Additionally, you may be required to assist in special assignments to best represent the interests of our clients. The job will occasionally require local travel and possible after-hours or on-call work. Prior Law Enforcement background is requested; the ability to speak Spanish is a plus. Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid North Carolina Driver License
  • Must pass a background check.
  • High school or equivalent education.
  • Computer proficient and able to complete paperwork accurately and completely.
  • Research and math skills are a plus.
  • Understand the importance of client confidentiality, objectivity, detail, and accuracy in a law firm setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills because customer service and ability to communicate with clients and staff in a professional manner is crucial.
