Case Manager
How I help you: I am the case manager that will go above and beyond to help you with your case. Yes I order medical records and bills, and follow up on those requests, put together demand packages, and speak to insurance adjusters, however, my main goal here at Riddle and Brantley and as your case manager, is to make sure all your questions are answered and that you feel at ease as we navigate through the many avenues your case may take us. I strive to make each and every one of my clients feel important, and work as if they are my only client. It is important to me that my clients feel satisfied not only with the outcome of the case, but with the job I have done throughout the case.
My background: I graduated with my AOS in Paralegal Studies in 2003, and achieved Deans List. Since then I have worked in many areas of law including family law, bankruptcy law, and personal injury. I am a member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association and a Notary Public.
What I like working at Riddle Brantley: One of the most amazing rewards about working for Riddle and Brantley is helping people when they are most in need. After an automobile accident, client’s often are worried about bills and treatment and what steps are next. It is putting a client’s mind at ease so they can focus on getting better that makes my job one of the best!
What I like to do in my free time: During my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and three children, ages 8, 10, and 17. I enjoy coaching my daughter’s cheerleading team and attending my son’s Tae Kwon Do classes and tournaments. I also love to travel and explore new places.
