Amy Smith

Sr. Case Manager, Workers’ Compensation Division

Amy SmithHow I help our clients: My job involves case management. I try my hardest to meet all the needs of my clients, whether it’s checking the status of their workers’ compensation payments, or making sure medical appointments are scheduled in a timely manner, or anything else that always pops up. I try to be a working partner with my clients, as well as a friend. Background: I am a Magna Cum Laude Graduate from North Carolina Wesleyan with two Bachelor’s Degrees one in Criminal Justice and Business Management. I am an active member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society. I am also a member of the Paralegal Division of the N.C. Bar Association as well as a member the N.C. Notary Division. Why I like working at Riddle & Brantley: Riddle & Brantley gives me the opportunity to help people, which is a passion of mine. Although some of the cases I handle are difficult, I enjoy the challenge in helping the firm obtain the benefits that our clients are due. I am also very lucky to work with a firm that values its employees and having a “work family” is very important to me. What I like to do in my free time: In my spare time, my husband, three labs, and I are at the beach, and typically on a boat! I love the smell of the salt air and sun on my toes. However, during the off-season and winter months, you will find me either at a Redskin football game or watching it somewhere among family and friends. We are a huge football family!
