As we move into 2025, we’re thrilled to announce two major milestones in our firm’s history: a new name and a new partner. Formerly known as Riddle & Brantley, we are proud to now carry the name Riddle & Riddle Injury Lawyers—a reflection of our continued legacy of exceptional legal service to injury victims.
2025 marks our 40th year helping injury victims recover in North Carolina and, in certain cases, across the United States. For four decades, our firm has been dedicated to advocating for justice, fighting tirelessly to secure fair compensation for our clients, and ensuring that their voices are heard.
We are also excited to celebrate the elevation of Alex Riddle to partner. Alex, who brings a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to her work, is the daughter of managing partner Gene Riddle, who established the firm in 1985. Alex’s commitment to protecting the rights of injury victims reflects the core values that have guided our firm since its founding.

We are also pleased to announce that Molly Schertzinger, an attorney with the firm for nearly 15 years, has assumed the role of Vice President and Director of Operations.
