Involved in a Motorcycle Accident in North Carolina?

Next Steps After a Motorcycle Accident

A motorcycle accident in North Carolina, when a bike is hit by a car or truck, can result in serious injuries and death to the biker and any passengers. It is essential for those involved in motorcycle accidents to not speak to the other driver’s car insurance company without first reaching out to their own personal injury attorney. In this video, motorcycle accident attorney Gene Riddle discusses a case his law firm handled for surviving family members of a fatal crash. Our rider was in a local county and he was on his motorcycle and he was in the neighborhood and the other vehicle ran a stop sign and hit him and hit two other vehicles. The people in the other vehicles were injured but our client was killed and it was terrible for the family, it was terrible for us because we take our client’s losses as personal losses and we feel a lot of sympathy for them, a lot of empathy and we want to do the best we can. But the most important thing that we did for this family, is we proved that, the driver at the stop sign, ran the stop sign, flat out, as opposed to stopping and then going as he tried to allege. And we were successful in that case, we proved that. Please give us a call or send us an email. We're here, we're ready to help. Justice counts.
