“Am I eligible for VA disability benefits?”
Veterans’ benefits are available to those who have honorably served in our nation’s military and suffered a service-related injury.
In order to qualify for veterans disability benefits, you must:
- Have served in active duty in the Uniformed Services OR active duty for training OR inactive duty for training
- Have been discharged under conditions other than dishonorable
- Have been at least 10 percent disabled by an injury or disease suffered while on active duty, active duty for training, or inactive duty training
