What Type of Behavior Can Cause a Reckless Driving Accident?
Per The Goldsboro News-Argus, in mid-March, a 70-year-old woman was killed because of injuries she suffered in car wreck involving a reckless driver. Reportedly, the fatal crash happened at the intersection of NC 222 and NC 581. The 70-year-old woman was a passenger in a vehicle that ran a stop sign, resulting in the car being hit on the passenger side by another vehicle. The driver of the car that the 70-year-old woman was riding in, a 68-year-old woman, was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle as a result of the reckless driving accident.
