Adverse Reactions to Defective Drugs Go Unreported

A new study finds that drug manufacturers have failed to report, or have delayed their reporting of serious adverse effects, even including deaths, in more than 10% of cases.  Shockingly, deaths are actually more likely to go unreported that many other types of injuries.
