Who is at Fault in a Motorcycle Accident Case in North Carolina?

The people involved in a crash are not likely to be in the position to determine who exactly was at fault in a motorcycle accident. This is part of the reason why a motorcycle operator should not speak to the other driver’s insurance agent in the aftermath of an accident. Our motorcycle accident lawyers investigate fault for car crashes where bikers were injured. In this video, Raleigh personal injury attorney Gene Riddle explains some of the wrecks and injuries he has seen over the years, and how he may be able to help you if you find yourself in similar circumstances. We've had a lot of motorcycle accidents over the years, unfortunately in a lot of those, the injuries are very severe or the operator of the motorcycle that we represented, was killed, and those are very, very sad. Most of those cases were caused by inattention on the part of the other driver, because they just didn't see the motorcycle, they're just not looking out for it. And a lot of those cases the other driver ran a stop sign, or was entering an intersection and didn't see it, made a left turn in front of our client and our client has to lay the bike down. Because the motorcycle operator a lot of times can determine that the other car is going to hit them, so they have an opportunity to lay the bike down that doesn't really help, that's the only evasive maneuver that they have at their disposal, but it doesn't really help and it could put them at risk of going under the car or the vehicle of the truck. Please give us a call or send us an email. We're here, we're ready to help. Justice Counts.
