What Are Common Causes of Truck Accidents?

Our law firm has represented many people over the years who have been victims of semi truck wrecks. In this video, attorney Gene Riddle reviews the top two common causes of truck accidents that have the ability to cause catastrophic injuries to innocent people. After an accident with a truck, people in passenger vehicles should never speak to the trucking company or its insurance carrier without first discussing the situation with an attorney. At Riddle & Brantley, in particularly in my perspective of reviewing tractor-trailer wrecks over the years, I do see, probably two common or two most common causes of negligence on the part of the driver of the tractor-trailer. Number one is fatigue. They're tired, they've driven long distances and they don't mean any harm to people, they just make a mistake. Number two, inattention. Just like driving a vehicle, if you are inattentive in a tractor-trailer, you can very easily cause a wreck. Problem is, in a tractor-trailer wreck, they cause massive damage, massive property damage and massive damage to people who are in the cars, as occupants and passengers. Please give us a call or send us an email. We're here, we're ready to help. Justice counts.
