The little girl’s case, who was killed by the tractor-trailer driver. Was a case that came in, as I said before, on a Saturday morning. And I met with the dad. And a lot of people have asked me, Gene why did you take that case? When I took that case, I didn't know how it was going to turn out. But I was meeting with the father of a child who had died. And she was 16 years old. There was no way I was telling that dad, I'm not going to give it everything I've got. I would have taken that case no matter what. The initial wreck report we had from law-enforcement indicated that his little 16-year-old daughter was liable for the wreck. And indicated that she had run a red light. He was adamant it didn't happen that way. I called one of my investigators right after I met with the father. And he was on the investigation immediately. And we got a very good resolution. We even got the law enforcement to charge the tractor trailer driver with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. And he lost his license for a year and we felt great about that that was justice.
