We've had cases involving auto accidents that happen right outside my window. Where the person was texting while driving, did not see that the car stopped in front of them and plowed into them. Right here at the red light in front of my office. That type of accident can be avoided. And when it comes to young people—I have two young daughters. What makes me more nervous than anything, is when they have passengers in their car who can distract them. Yes, young people, passengers distract you. You keep your focus on the road. Because, they are a result of high impact. The person that is distracted is traveling at speed limit. They don't see that they've run the red light.
