A new study by PLOS One demonstrates that taking testosterone therapy more than doubles the risk of heart attacks among males over the age of 65 and almost triples the risk in young men with a history of heart disease. The study involved 56,000 men and studied the rising concerns of heart attack risks from testosterone therapy.
